Mod results styling, enforce max attr length.

Add:
        static/js/index.js
                -Introduce a maximum character length to each attribute field.

        static/sass/index.sass
                -Add `overflow: auto` only when hidden information is displayed.
                -Decrease the width of the code viewport on hover; move the
                hidden information less far right.
